| MessageTitle | Adding a hatch in the cockpit sole for engine access? |
| MessageText | I find it exceptionally difficult to get access to the back of the Volvo MD7A, stuffing box and fuel tank in my 1978 I-28. I am seriously considering installing a metal access hatch for this purpose in the cockpit sole. I would very much welcome hearing from anybody who has either done this or has come up with a better way to access this area of the boat. |
